2026 UNIFORM FITTING SESSIONS

We schedule two uniform fitting sessions at Orchard Grove Primary School Stadium each season. So if you want to shop with confidence AND have your items delivered in time for the upcoming season, save the dates.

• Thursday 5 March 7 – 8pm @OGPS
• Saturday 15 March 2026 10:00am – 11am @OGPS

PLEASE NOTE: Uniform fittings are by appointment only. This helps us make sure we have enough volunteers available. Please email uniforms@whitehorsebasketball.org.au to secure your place.

We also hold uniform fitting sessions at Presentation Day, but uniforms ordered at this time may not arrive in time for Round 1 of the new season.

• Shorts – available in girls (shorter) and boys (longer) sizing
• Reversible singlet – available in girls (tailored fit) and boys (straight fit) sizing

The Impact Sports online store has sizing guides for all the products listed. If you are still not sure what size to order, please attend one of our fitting sessions (dates will be posted above). IMPORTANT: please note that because uniforms are made to order, we cannot refund for incorrect size or change of mind.

SINGLET NUMBERS

Singlet numbers are allocated by the Club. When you order, you have the option to request up to 3 preferred numbers, but it is subject to availability across the age group, not just the team you’re playing in.

The club does not run a secondhand uniform shop. If you choose to play in a secondhand uniform, you must contact the Uniform team to:

• make sure the singlet number is available
• register the number to your profile in PlayHQ

UNIFORMS, HOODIES & BAGS > VIA IMPACT SPORTS

Mustangs uniforms, hoodies and bags can be ordered for express delivery direct to you from our supplier – Impact Sports. Choose the ‘playing uniform’ option (shorts and reversible singlet) to purchase the compulsory items for $100. Purchased separately, the shorts are $50 and the singlet is $60.

Simply order by the 15th of each month for delivery 4-5 weeks following cut off date. To speed up delivery of uniforms and avoid unnecessary delays, Impact Sports will Express Post uniforms directly to our members (charges apply). Keep in mind, if you order on the 16th, you may have to wait 8-9 weeks for delivery.

OTHER MERCH > VIA MUSTANGS

Mustangs have stock of ‘LifeLine’ socks as well as our fabulous long and short sleeve tees. These items can be purchased direct from the Club for immediate collection while stocks last. Once we run out of stock of an item or size, you will be able to order via Impact Sports with delivery 4-5 weeks after the 15th of the month.
